1 cup pomegranate juice or cherry juice 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted) 1/4 cup filtered water or ice 1 small banana 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured) 1–2 Tbsp. peanut butter (or other nut butter)
