Best Ground Beef Curry

Ingredients
1 lb pasture-raised, grass-fed lean ground beef
1 Tbsp olive oil
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp Tamari sauce (or soy sauce)
3/4 cup beef broth
2–3 medium white potatoes
3/4 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp arrowroot flour (or corn starch
Instructions
Peel potatoes and chop into bite sized cubes. Boil in water until soft but not falling apart. Set aside.

If you desire a thicker sauce you can add arrowroot flour and stir on high heat until juices thicken.
Add potatoes and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed together and sauce is evenly distributed.
