6 slices of bread of your choice 2 eggs 2 Tbsp. raw honey 1/4 cup coconut cream 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp grated orange zest 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 3 Tbsp. butter or coconut oil (melted)
In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, coconut cream, honey, cinnamon, orange zest, and vanilla extract. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Soak the bread in the mixture and fry in the pan until golden brown.
