Our team of qualified coaches help people achieve their goals by acknowledging that physical health is deeply intertwined with every facet of a person’s life: relationships, mindset, mental health, and more.

We do much more than just give our clients a diet plan. Our approach is personalized and focuses on things like:

food shopping and meal prep; communication with family about health priorities; time-management; mindfulness and self-awareness

Habits, systems, and behaviors

Sleep or bedtime routines; stress-management practices; weekly or daily meal prep routines.


Dealing with body image issues; breaking down the “good food” versus “bad food” dichotomy; addressing negative associations with exercise or “dieting”; digging up meaningful reasons to change.


An understanding of why some things work for you and some things don’t, where to get the foods/supplements/tools we recommend, how to succeed on your own for sustained changes and lifelong health.

Our Coaches

Natalie Rivier

Natalie is a certified hatha/yin/SUP yoga teacher, pole fitness instructor, group fitness instructor and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. In 2003 she graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where she obtained a diploma in Natural Nutrition with the accompanying professional title Registered Holistic Nutritionist™. The program was so life-altering that she bought the school! She is the Branch Manager/Onwer of the Ottawa location of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Natalie has a real passion for Sports Nutrition and holds a diploma in Advanced Sports Nutrition from Shaw Academy in Ireland. She has competed in StrongMan and PowerLifting. Travelling extensively around the world training hotel and resort staff in health, wellness and nutrition is one of the parts of her career she has enjoyed the most.

Sabrina Pelkey

Sabrina's passion for nutrition began when she started to recognize that food is truly fuel and that when you start to nourish yourself with real food in the right amounts for you, it can have an impact on all areas of life. What started as a journey to lose some weight and get in shape for aesthetic purposes has turned into a lifestyle and passion that has changed her path in life. The more she learned, the more she wanted to learn and share with others. In June of 2018 Sabrina started bringing others along on her nutrition journey and has been successfully helping people reach their goals in her free time ever since. In June of 2020 her 16 year career working for an airline was cut short due to the pandemic. Her life and schedule completely changed and Sabrina saw it as the perfect opportunity to shake it up a little more and further pursue her growing passion. Sabrina began her formal education in nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in March, 2021. She is currently working towards a diploma in Natural Nutrition and obtaining the title of Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Sabrina's customer service background combined with her love of fitness and nutrition make her a great coach that truly cares. Helping people reach their goals, and increase their energy and confidence is what truly lights her up!

Shannon Branton

Shannon Branton – Shannon has been in the fitness industry for about 5 years now. Helping her clients reach their health and fitness goals is her passion in life. Watching people close the gap between what they can do and what they want to do is the COOLEST THING EVER. Whether that is to fit into a dress, get down on the floor to play with grandkids, or hike Mt Kilimanjaro, she lives to see that pride in her clients faces when they achieve what they weren’t sure they ever could.

Shannon is a certified personal trainer and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She has competed in running and powerlifting but her personal favourite is definitely body building!
