We all know that reaching our health & nutrition goals don’t happen overnight.  It takes education, self-responsibility and accountability.  We need to strike a balance between results and sustainability.  It’s also important to remember that no two people are exactly the same and every body is unique so what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another.

Our nutrition coaching program is not an unsustainable quick fix but rather a long-term lifestyle plan.  Here’s what you can expect:

The program requires a minimum 3-month commitment so that the results are achievable and sustainable.

Full Zoom Intake Interview

Includes an intake questionnaire and 60-minute intake interview.  We want to know your goals, your health history, your diet history, lifestyle, fears, and what you’ve tried before.

Meal Plan

You'll receive a customized meal plan (with foods you love) and easy to prepare recipes.

Personalized Plan

From the intake questionnaire and interview, we create a completely customized plan that works for you, your goals, and lifestyle.  There are several phases to this plan including tackling some of the glaring issues that are standing in the way of you achieving your goals, a “dial it in” phase where we target your main goal, and then a debrief phase where we evaluate the plan to maintain your accomplishments or set new goals to achieve.

Community

Access to our Private Facebook Group where you can ask questions and be connected with like minded, supportive individuals, and gain access to recipes, education and tips to keep you motivated.

Accountability

3 months of weekly check ins. Of course, you can email your questions anytime.

Mindset

Learn how to make food work for you! Instead of dreading each meal, you can look forward to them with confidence because you know what works for you.

Still eat good food

We understand that a diet that is not flexible will eventually break.

Education

Learn what, when and how to eat and understand that both quality and quantity of food are important to maintaining your progress long after the program ends.
