Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Smoothie

I love smoothies. If I didn't have kids I think I might live off smoothies...and homemade cookies!

This smoothie is rich and creamy - full of healthy fats and protein. A great breakfast, pre-workout meal or midday snack. In my house, it's known as the "Natella Smoothie".

1 cup water (or milk of choice)

1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder

1/4 cup (~35g) avocado

1 Tbsp. ground hazelnuts

1 scoop chocolate whey (or hemp) protein powder

1 Tbsp. hemp seeds

Blend in high powered blender until smooth and creamy.
