A terrific free radical fighter with essential vitamins with a boost of healthy protein.
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
1/4 cup filtered water or ice
1 small banana
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured)
1-2 tbsp. peanut butter (or other nut butter)
Blend all ingredients in high powered blender until smooth. Enjoy!
