Antioxidant Cherry Blast Smoothie

A terrific free radical fighter with essential vitamins with a boost of healthy protein.


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)

  • 1/4 cup filtered water or ice

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured)

  • 1-2 tbsp. peanut butter (or other nut butter)


Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in high powered blender until smooth. Enjoy!
