Antioxidant Cherry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup pomegranate juice or cherry juice

1 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)

1/4 cup filtered water or ice

1 small banana

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured)

1-2 Tbsp. peanut butter (or other nut butter)


Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
