Crispy Cereal Bars

4 cups brown rice crispy cereal

2/3 cup raisins

1/3 cup dried cranberries

1/3 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or almonds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup almond butter

1 cup brown rice syrup

2 tsp vanilla


Lightly oil 9x13 pan.  In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients.  In a small saucepan, combine almond butter and rice syrup.  Cook over medium-low heat until warm and bubbly.  Remove from heat and add vanilla.  Pour over cereal mixture and mix.  Transfer mixture to pan and use damp hands to press mixture into the pan.  Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before cutting.
