(Yields 9 to 12 balls)
1 cup oats
½ cup almond butter or peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup dairy free chocolate chips (mini ones work best)
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Form into medium sized balls and refrigerate.
Pro Tip: Wet your hands to prevent mixture sticking to your hands.
