Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Snack Balls

(Yields 9 to 12 balls)


  • 1 cup oats

  • ½ cup almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • ¼ cup dairy free chocolate chips (mini ones work best)


  • Mix everything together in a bowl.

  • Form into medium sized balls and refrigerate.

Pro Tip: Wet your hands to prevent mixture sticking to your hands.
