PB&J Overnight Oats


1/2 cup rolled oats

2 Tbsp. powdered sugar free peanut butter

1 scoop vanilla whey isolate protein powder

1/4-1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1 1/2 cups water


Place all ingredients in a mason jar. Shake well. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next day.
