1) Full Body Fusion

5 Rounds For Time:

400m run

25 air squats

15 push ups

30 bicycle sit ups



2) Deadlift + Burpees

3 Rounds for Time:

10 heavy deadlifts

10 bar facing burpees



3) Abs 4 Dayz

3 Rounds For Time:

1 minute plank hold

2 wall walks

30 second hollow ab hold

2 wall walks

1 minute rest



4) Slow & Steady

800m Run

into

10 Rounds For Time

3 deadlifts

3 hang power cleans

3 push jerks

into

800m Run



5) Overhead Obsession

16 Minute AMRAP

26 single arm dumbbell overhead lunge (13 each leg)

16 burpees

6 box jumps



6) Outdoor Adventure

Hill run up and down

10 burpees

Hill run up and down

9 burpees

Hill run up and down

8 burpees

Hill run up and down

7 burpees

Hill run up and down

6 burpees

Continue down to 1 burpee
