The Perfect Start to the Day Green Smoothie

1 cup homemade almond milk

1 scoop of unflavoured or vanilla whey protein

1/2 ripe banana

dash of cinnamon

1/4 cup oats

2 Tbsp. almond butter

1/2 bunch of rainbow chard or red chard (or spinach...but chard is my favorite)


Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and enjoy!
